We provide lifestyle support for you and your family including mental health, physical activity, weight management, breastfeeding, parenting skills, coping with cancer, Carers and smoking cessation.
We want you to know that you are not alone; we can link you to services and support teams across Stevenage, some of whom meet regularly at the Healthy Hub. If you need someone to talk to, we will provide confidential one-to-one meetings within the Healthy Hub.
If you would like to be more active and you don’t know what to do or you have a medical problem which restricts you, come and speak to our team who will point you in the right direction and find the best activity for you. We will give you nutrition advice and recipe ideas to help re-educate your eating habits and reduce your risk of developing chronic medical conditions.
